Terry Peters Cawley, CEO

Terry brings 30 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Operations
in the fashion, retail, business to business and technology segments.  She began in fashion
and retail with the Higbee’s Department Store chain as a young adult.  Upon graduation, she
spent a number of years in various positions with major companies.  Throughout her career,
she started up new businesses and expanded domestic businesses into global markets.  
Terry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Baldwin Wallace College with a double major
in Math and Psychology and a minor in Science.  She also holds a Master of Science Degree
from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Operations and Technology Management.  By
starting up Athletique, she has truly come full circle back to her roots, combining her
knowledge of fashion and design with her experience in business development.   Terry also
does consulting work in a number of areas under a division of Athletique, TCS Consulting.
